In order to process your application, each applicant 18 years of age and older is required to upload the corresponding documents.

Government Issued ID types:

  • Driver's License
  • State-issued ID
  • Social Security Card/ Metricula
  • W2 forms or ITIN

Proof of Income types:

  • Pay stubs showing hours worked and gross income
  • Six (6) months of bank statements
  • Two (2) most current years of tax returns
  • Social Security award letter
  • Job offer letter if relocating

Proof of Award Letters:

  • Social Security Award Letter
  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Veterans Affairs Award Letter
